PUPS On a Mission

35 | PUP SUN I T E .ORG by DOTTIE SMIDDY Daisy is a CH kitty. CH stands for Cerebellar Hypoplasia. It is a neurological condition where the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed. In cats, it’s also called the “wobbly cat syndrome”. Before Dottie, PUPS, acquired Daisy from a Central Ohio rescue, Daisy was destined for euthanasia because of her CH disability. Dottie, an experienced caregiver for CH kitties, successfully conditions mild cases of CH in kitties so they can live a close-to-normal life. DAISY IS A CH KITTY With the help of her social media following, Dottie chose the name Daisy because of saying “oopsy daisy” due to an occasional spill when she gets excited running. However, even with her CH, Daisy is playful, lovable and litter trained. Thanks to the DDAF Daisy is spayed and one step closer to her forever home. PUPS has a few other CH kitties that need homes. Go www. pupsunite.org website and download its adoption form if you’re interested in a CHKitty or others that might be available. mission& events
