Ongoing journey of PUPS (and other like organizations)...

It's no secret that PUPS helps many animals and the people who love them. However, it's unrealistic to think they can help everyone who comes down the pike. Pets Uniting People Society (PUPS) is ONLY one organization it has financial limitations just like every organization. That's why it made so much sense for Stacey Picolo to write the article "It Takes a Village" as it indeed does.
