PUPS Unite!
Since domesticated animals (pets) entered into our lives and households many years ago, pets are here to stay. Although, sadly, some pets are cruelly treated by some people and that’s why responsible pet owners and pet care professionals need to unite and fight against this cruelty and abuse.
In Clark County, OH, the ‘Pets Uniting People Society’ (PUPS) is a pet protection organization that networks with other animal welfare organizations in the area to educate and inform the public about vital pet issues. In February, 2010, PUPS became a nonprofit 501c3 organization.
Humane Education
The PUPS organization is beginning to reach out to the community with its Humane Education program. PUPS is a proactive organization that will bring more awareness to the community about various pet care issues through social media, i.e. twitter, facebook, newspaper and magazine articles, access cable programs, and quite possibly a children’s book.
Never Let It End
There is no end to PUPS as pets always unite people. In a pet lovers’ society, when a person obtains a new furry puppy or kitten, everyone rallies around it and holds it close to his or her heart. As long as there are people and pets, there will be “Pets Uniting People Society” (PUPS)!
Let’s unite…never let it end! If you are concerned about animal welfare, make a commitment to assist in this society now!
Sponsors
PUPS’ sponsors believe in this critter crusade and are willing to stand along side this organization’s commitment to the welfare of pets! PUPS wants to add your name to its Society page. To be a sponsor, one does not need to own a business to participate. If you love pets and want your name added, contact Crittersister (Carolyn Hayes) today!
